Read the status before planning work
The current plans and features labels features as available, beta, limited or planned. Planned means the dedicated capability has not been released for general use. A related control elsewhere in EasyAsPie does not establish a release date or a plan allowance for it.
Tenant newsletters
Tenant newsletter setup and team testing are available under restrictions. Newsletter → Setup shows the current requirements. Sending to subscribers still needs the setup checks, published sending terms and approval; general sending availability, plan allowances and a release date are not established by the owner tests.
The platform's own newsletter and lead-alert emails are separate from a site's subscriber campaigns. See Integrations and email for sender setup and current testing limits.
Internal and external documentation
A dedicated internal documentation workspace and an external public help experience for tenants are planned. The existing basic document editor remains the current simple content tool. These platform guides explain EasyAsPie itself; they do not create a knowledge base for each customer site.
Branded site senders
Sites have an automatic outgoing sender. Customizing the name or sending domain requires a connected, verified website domain, followed by separate email-domain authentication. A verified sending domain does not remove campaign approval or sending restrictions. Eligible agencies have a separate verified-domain capability through White-label. An outgoing sender does not include a hosted inbox.
Check the catalogue and published releases again before committing a project to a planned feature. Continue using the available tools described in the other guides for work you need to complete now.
During the current pilot, delivery tests are limited to approved test recipients. A successful test does not enable delivery to every address.
