Keep lead alerts separate from campaigns
Lead-alert emails notify you about new enquiries. Their allowance belongs to the selected site and calendar month. Check the current billing view for included alerts, available paid packs and overage terms.
Tenant newsletters are available for restricted team testing. Sending to subscribers still requires the setup checks, published sending terms and approval shown in Newsletter → Setup. A verified sender alone does not grant permission to send a campaign. See Planned features for the limits on general availability.
During the current pilot, delivery tests are limited to approved test recipients. A successful test does not enable delivery to every address.
Set up a site sender
Open Newsletter → Setup to see the site's automatic sending address and remaining checks. The automatic address is based on the site address and ends in @notify.piesite.cloud.
To customize the sender name or sending domain, first connect and verify a custom website domain under Settings → Domains. The sending domain has its own email authentication checks. An outgoing sender address does not provide a hosted inbox.
Enter the name before the @ and a sending domain you control. A dedicated subdomain can keep this sender separate from your everyday email. Copy each DNS name and value into the provider that manages your domain, then select Check again. Long fields show a single-line preview; clicking copies the complete record. Use the exact records shown, including the easyaspie._domainkey name where provided.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC must all pass. When setup succeeds, authorized owners and account administrators receive an inbox notification and a service email from notifications@easyaspie.site. Repeated checks do not resend the same registration's confirmation. The recipient needs a verified account email and current domain-management access.
Check email content and tracking
The email address in a site's email footer matches the effective sending address. Website, privacy and unsubscribe-page links use its connected custom website domain when available.
Click tracking starts enabled for newsletter content links. Unsubscribe links and ordinary service-email links stay untracked. Open tracking remains off in the current setup. Team tests verify delivery without sending a subscriber campaign; they do not appear as a subscriber campaign in its reports.
Review external delivery
A configured lead webhook endpoint can receive prospect.created notifications. Delivery is best effort. There is no general self-service endpoint manager or broad automation system included in this limited integration.
Before relying on a destination, verify what it receives and keep the dashboard lead record as the place to inspect the original enquiry. An external service can have its own availability, costs and data handling.
Read analytics in context
The dashboard can show traffic, pages, referrers and lead performance when tracking is configured and data is available. A quiet report can reflect configuration or missing data as well as low traffic. It does not guarantee identification of every visitor or unlimited historical retention.
Agency senders
Eligible agencies have a separate verified sender-domain capability through the White-label add-on. That setup is distinct from each site's sending domain. Check the current plan and setup requirements in the relevant workspace.
